By plane:

From Marco Polo airport you have three ways to reach the apartment:

1)  You can take a water taxi to get very close to the apartment (Ca’ Rezzonico waterbus stop along Grand Canal, I'd wait for you there). A shuttle bus connects the airport to watertaxis terminal. The fare for 2 adults plus luggage is around Euro 60 and it takes 25 to 35 minutes. The fare for 4 adults plus luggage is around 80 Euro.

2) Take the Alilaguna shuttle boat (red line), the last stop is Zattere, 10 minutes on foot to reach the apartment (3 bridges to cross). The fare is 10 Euro per person, 70 minutes on the boat plus ten on foot.

3) Bus #5 leaves the airport to Piazzale Roma bus terminal (15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic). From there you have to take a busboat, Line 1 direction Lido, to Ca' Rezzonico stop (27 more minutes). I can wait for you there, the apartment is 3 minutes away.

From Treviso airport you'll have to take a bus to Piazzale Roma bus terminal in Venice, It takes 20 to 70 minutes to get there depending on the traffic, and from there the busboat Line 1 (direction Lido) to the Ca'Rezzonico stop.

By car:

You can park your car in Piazzale Roma (the bus/car terminal of Venice), expensive and sometimes full. Prices go from 18 to 28 euro/day. From Piazzale Roma you have to take busboat Line 1 direction Lido to get down at the Ca'Rezzonico stop, 3 minutes from the flat.

You can also park in Tronchetto, a park located on an artificial island you can find just before getting to Piazzale Roma. 18 euro/day. From here you have to take a busboat to reach Accademia, 4 minutes on foot from the apartment. Line 4, Line 82 and Line 3 all connect Tronchetto to Accademia.

You can finally park in Mestre, on the mainland. This is the cheapest, following the "Mestre > Stazione" signs after exiting the highway you'll see, almost facing the train station, a guarded park (4 euros/day for small cars; 4,50 for big ones). Then you can come to Venice by train, there's one every 5 - 10 minutes. Tickets can be bought, to avoid queues, at the luggage deposit on track 1.
99% of trains passing through Mestre go to Venice, all trains leaving Venice stop in Mestre. The ticket you'll buy will be good for all trains except for Intercity, Eurostar and night trains. Trains connect Venice and Mestre the whole day except for a few hours between 00:30 and 3:30 AM (Should a famous Italian Strike occur, you'll always have buses connecting Mestre train station and Piazzale Roma).

You'll arrive to Venezia Santa Lucia train station along Canal Grande in 15 minutes. From there a vaporetto (Line 1, direction Lido) can take you to the Ca'Rezzonico stop (3 minutes on foot from the apartment) in 25 minutes. We might meet there.

By train: Exiting the Venezia Santa Lucia train station you’ll step down towards Canal Grande and see a waterbus stop on your right. From there a vaporetto (Line 1, direction Lido) can take you to the Ca'Rezzonico stop (3 minutes on foot from the apartment) in 25 minutes. We might meet there.
